Measure the finger you plan to wear the ring on. Finger size changes with temperature and time of day, so measure at room temperature and repeat once or twice before choosing.

How to Measure

Method 1: Measure Your Finger

  1. Wrap a flexible measuring tape, thin strip of paper, or non-stretch string snugly around the base of the intended finger.
  2. Mark where the ends meet, then lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters. This is your finger circumference.
  3. Match that measurement directly to the circumference column below.

Method 2: Measure a Ring That Fits

  1. Choose a ring that already fits the same finger comfortably.
  2. Measure the inside diameter straight across the center of the ring in millimeters.
  3. Match the measurement to the closest diameter in the chart below.

Fit Tips

  • If your measurement falls between two sizes, the larger size is usually the safer choice.
  • If your knuckle is noticeably larger than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size that can pass the knuckle without feeling loose at the base.
  • Wide bands can feel tighter than slim bands, so a half size larger may be more comfortable.
  • For a ring stack, measure where the ring will actually sit on your finger.
  • Avoid measuring when your hands are unusually cold, hot, or swollen; recheck on another day if the result seems inconsistent.
