- 14-Day Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Free Return Shipping: We provide prepaid return labels for all eligible returns.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any hidden fees to process your return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the exact condition you received them.
- In their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Free of damage, signs of wear, or missing parts.
Final Sale (Non-Returnable Items)
For hygiene and safety reasons, alongside standard retail policies, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings
- Any items explicitly marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Please do not send items back to the address on your package without authorization, as they will not be accepted.
- Email Us: Contact contact@auristellajewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Receive Your Label: Once your return is approved, we will email you a free prepaid shipping label along with step-by-step return instructions.
- Ship: Pack your item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, email us within 14 days at contact@auristellajewelry.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and gladly provide a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the piece you want as quickly as possible, we do not process direct exchanges. Simply return your original eligible item for a refund, and place a new, separate order for the desired piece.
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Bank Delays: Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us.
