Most pieces are crafted on demand. Please allow approximately 10–14 days for your order to arrive. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Are earrings returnable?
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What materials do you use?
Our jewelry is crafted from solid 925 sterling silver with premium finishes and, where featured, moissanite stones. We do not use brass or base metals.
Is your gold jewelry solid gold?
No. Unless otherwise stated, our gold pieces use solid 925 sterling silver finished with 18K gold plating. Exact materials are listed on each product page.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Our jewelry is nickel-free and crafted from 925 sterling silver, making it generally suitable for sensitive skin. Individual sensitivities may vary.
What is moissanite?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone known for exceptional brilliance, fire, and durability.
Is moissanite a diamond?
No. Moissanite and diamond are different gemstones. Moissanite has its own optical properties and is known for strong brilliance and colorful fire.
Is moissanite the same as cubic zirconia?
No. Moissanite and cubic zirconia are different materials. Moissanite is harder, more durable, and has distinct optical properties.
Is your moissanite lab-created?
Yes. Our moissanite is lab-created and selected for brilliance, clarity, and durability.
What do D color, VVS1 clarity, and Excellent cut mean?
D indicates a colorless appearance, VVS1 indicates very high clarity, and Excellent describes the quality of the stone's cut.
Do your moissanite pieces include a grading report?
Where stated on the product page, moissanite jewelry includes a GRA grading report.
