  2. Mark where the ends meet, then lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters. This is your finger circumference.

  1. Choose a ring that already fits the same finger comfortably.
  2. Measure the inside diameter straight across the center of the ring in millimeters.

Fit Tips

  • If your measurement falls between two sizes, the larger size is usually the safer choice.
  • If your knuckle is noticeably larger than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size that can pass the knuckle without feeling loose at the base.
  • Wide bands can feel tighter than slim bands, so a half size larger may be more comfortable.
  • For a ring stack, measure where the ring will actually sit on your finger.
  • Avoid measuring when your hands are unusually cold, hot, or swollen; recheck on another day if the result seems inconsistent.
