We ship securely worldwide. Availability and our chosen carriers may vary by destination to ensure the safe delivery of your jewelry.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. During promotions or peak seasons, processing may take a bit longer. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.

Shipping Costs

  • United States: Free shipping on all orders
  • International: Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location

Estimated Delivery Times (After Processing)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carriers, weather conditions, and peak season volume.

  • United States: 7–21 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Tracking Your Order

Most orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to begin updating in the carrier's system.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple pieces, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages to ensure you receive your items as quickly and safely as possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the checkout total.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us immediately at contact@auristellajewelry.com. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to reroute or change the destination.

Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order appears lost, please contact us at contact@auristellajewelry.com. We will gladly help investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to find a solution.
